How do I send an e-mail?

Answer: To send an e-mail, open Outlook Express.  You can open it from the Start > Programs menu, your desktop, or by clicking Mail > New Message... on the Internet Explorer toolbar (as illustrated below).

Once you have clicked New Message, and a new message window has appeared, Enter the email address you want to send the message to, the subject, and the text of your message.  Then click Send.
